Lots has happened~~

So I won this contest last month and went on an awesome trip to Whistler, Canada! It was amazing!!! I know you all want to know--so I will give you the blow by blow!

Thursday--(oh yeah I won another trip to Boulder the Thursday before) left Idaho Falls around 6am--exhausted!! It was me, Brooke, Toye, Brady, Trent, Tory and Dan. Tory had to take a different flight than us so once we got to Boulder, we had to spend an hour and a half waiting for him...because Brady put the car in his name! nerd!!! Anyways--once we actually got the car and headed to the hotel all was well. Then we got to the nicest hotel I think I've ever been in!! Hopefully I have pictures on here so you can all see!!!! AMAZING!! Then we walked down to the plaza place and walked around looking at the stores. We also went and ate at this pizza place that was fun. Then we went back and got ready to go to the awards ceremony, the event was called Winners Circle! We also went to a little lobby party thing where we got to take some pictures with some corporate people. Anyways- then we ate dinner which was also pretty fun. Did some dancing!! And we got Brady, Dan and Tory on the floor!!! But couldn't manage to get Trent out there :o( Then we went out (except for Trent--he was tired) and thought about going out but ended up going to bed early!!!

Friday---everyone but Toye won a $100 gift card-she did a massage instead! So we went shopping all day long!!! You think that sounds fun, but not so much! Most of the places didn't have anything I wanted, and then I found this one store I really liked and there was a beautiful bracelet and it was the one store by gift card wasn't accepted :o( LAME! We also headed to Denver that day and went to the hospital to see if we could find a plack with Brooke's real dads name on it, but we couldn't find it. The funnest that day was in the car ride there. It kept getting really cold and then really hot and back and forth....and everytime it would get cold Dan would say "can we get some heat in here" and when it would get hot he would say "Its getting a little stuffy in here" and we were annoyed!!! So finally one of us told him to "shut up" but in a way nicer way---yeah right! And of course he speaks up again and all three girls start yelling--and then I hear these giggles from up front---oh yeah! Then Tory and Brady bust out laughing because they have been messing with the heat the whole time!!! Losers!!!

Saturday ---(Not that it includes the trips--but yah) unpack and repacked as well as attended the twins birthdays!!! Adyson and Adyn are 1 now!! woot woot!! oh yeah and I went to a Lua! funny!!

Sunday--more traveling! Me and Mom headed to Canada!!! As we are waiting in the airport--Amy and Tory find out they have been bumped from the flight because they oversold it. Turns out they had to drive to Jackson, Wyoming and then fly to Salt Lake to then fly to Vancouver! But they got $ for their troubles!! Anyways- so when we finally landed in Vancouver we were all grouped together and heading to the buses but we had to get on this train thing and just as we were getting off some guy decided to rearrange his luggage and so I was trapped and missed my exit! So I just stayed on the train---hello! I'm from Idaho-we don't take trains! ha ha

Anyways-I finally received a call and was able to get on my way back to the airport. And then we headed to the hotel which was also sooo nice!! That night we had a dinner/meet and greet thing! They had all these different vegetables that I didn't even know what they were! And it was funny because they were serving this gourmet dish that was potatoes with ham and cheese on them! funny!

Monday--breakfast was amazing!!! They had all kinds of fruits and make-ur-own omelets! and everything you can think of. Then we went snowmobiling!!! soooo much fun!! I had never been before so it was a lot of fun! I was a little worried about my mom because she seemed scared but she wasn't. She did good! We went for awhile uphill and downhill...and then came to this lake where I got up to 45mph!!! WOOT WOOT!! (or maybe it was kmph?--not sure). Then we went shopping around the lower village and got some souvenir stuff. Then we went to dinner with Tory and Amy at a place called La Rua. It was yummy!!!

Tuesday--day of olympics!!! They arranged this thing where we were separated in our different regions and then from the regions into smaller groups. We had 13 different activities we had to do. Some were trivia and others were more challenging---we had to do snowshoe races, a ski thing, we had a pen we had to trade someone for something better, create a flag, take a photo of people in the shape of the olympic man..and rock climbing!! Thats right!! I climbed a 30ft wall!!! That was awesome!! And....our region won!! holla!!! That night was the cocktail party and it was amazing! There was the red hot lounge afterparty after that!

Wednesday---we did a jewelry making class! We cut glass into different shapes (well broke it really) and then layered it in a design that they melted down into pieces. Most of my pieces are awesome! But I would definetely like another shot at that!! Then we also did some more shopping! That night we went to a ski lounge where there was fake tattoos, caricatures, cd making studio, basketball and many other games!! I played basketball against Amy and my Mom and was completely beaten by both :o( I also recorded a CD which I was sad about--I honestly thought I sounded better than that--but in my defense...I had a cold!

Thursday--we did a cooking class. They taught us how to shuck an oyster! I actually tried one--eeewwww!! I don't recommend them! Then we also made a fish dish and a steak dish---sooo yummy!! And my mom made nitrogen ice cream! That night we did a dine around town and another after party---It all sounds fun and good but at this point I really wanted like a tuna fish sandwich!!

Friday-we headed home! It was soooo amazing!!!! The whole trip!

So yeah---other than that, I've had a kidney stone for about the past month---not fun at all!!! I went to the dr appointment today and it was sooo annoying!! I think they are gonna shock it though to make it smaller!!

Well this is definetely long enough and I still need to put pics on here!!! So nighty night!!!

I keep trying....

Well I am still not doing so hot on updating this....but I keep trying! (A little feedback might be nice people ! :) ha ha!) Anyways---on my last post I mentioned that me and Bob were going to have a pie contest.....I will admit.....he had some tricks up his sleeve! He brought what my dad called "The Best Sweetie Pie Ever"...Miss Macy! That tricky man! So technically he won. But as far as the pies you can eat, he was soooo scared by my awesome kitchen skills that he didn't attempt to make one and compete with me...So he bought me sushi as a congratulations on the win! Alexis, Bob, Mom and Me went to Blue Hashi and then out for ice cream! It was sooo much fun! Alexis truly didn't enjoy herself, but she put on a good face!

Back to Thanksgiving dinner! It was sooo awesome! My mom spent all day cooking and dinner was amazing! It was Mom, Dad, KD (Krystal), Grandma, Laraine, Barry, Bob, Macy, Alan, and me! After dinner and pie most everyone left, but Bob and Macy stayed to hang. Shortly after they left and Bob kept snoring on the couch, I retreated to my room for my post-thanksgiving nap! It was sooo awesome! I think the house was completely silent!

Since then, let's see......

Well this last weekend my friends Nick and Dave came from Tennessee for the weekend. We went out both Friday and Saturday night. A little exhausting for me but it was still a lot of fun! We ended up going to the Shilo Saturday night and WOW! That place was soooo packed! We had a blast though! I haven't been there since they opened (recently I hope) and it was a lot of fun! We ran into a ton of people!

Then Sunday was Chalyze's birthday! She got a ton of stuff! I got her an easy bake oven. I remember having one when I was younger and I loved it!! She made chocolate doughnuts! She was so proud of herself. I have to admit, they did not taste very good though :( I of course didn't tell her that, but yah wow!

No I am home and feeling like crap. I have a stomache ache I have had since Friday....so is it from too much partying this weekend.......or the flu?? Either way, it sucks! Well I am off to bed! Nite!

Long overdue....

So this is longggggg overdue! WOW! So let's see what have I been up to.....work, school, work, school, did I say work or school?!?!? I am taking an intro to management class which I really enjoy and then a calculus class which I really hate!!! It is by far one of the hardest classes I have ever had to take. So much homework and studying just to keep up!! crazy!

Work has been good. Extremely busy but good. With Verizon now taken over completely things are a lot easier but still very complicated if that makes any sense.... It is good though. A lot of changes and a lot of things to adapt to, but in the end I am just glad that I have my job and that it is a good paying job and also in the end something I enjoy.

Other than that I have been spending time with family and friends and just enjoying all the kids and babies! so much fun!!! Macy is now running ( I would say walk, but its a full blown run at this point) and Adyn really really wants to crawl but just gets mad on his stomache at this point! LOL! Adyson is home and is doing well. Justyce is hilarious! The stuff that kid comes up with amazes me! He is hilarious! Chalyze is getting soo grown up! She always has amazing stuff to say and just impresses me all the time. And she is so willing to help with her younger siblings! Love it! I don't get to see Emi much but I do hear her when I talk to her mommy and I guess she is obsessed with the news??!?! Kinda funny!

Our halloween was fun! Friday we carved pumpkins and hung out and me and Bob have officially decided to have a "pie contest!" I have been taking care of the dessert part of Thanksgiving for the past couple years and have come up with some amazing pies, such as a creme brulee pie, etc! And Bob is now practicing his pie skills and wants to compete with me. I believe he has now made a total of 3 pies in his whole life! so I am not too worried!!!

Anyways--thats me! Thats my update! I am trying to make an effort to get on here more....

The Melting Pot!

Ok so I am in Salt Lake City for the next two weeks......!!! And its not a vacation. I am actually here for work! (blah) Anyways--yeah me and Brooke and Barb are here for the next two weeks along with a ton of other people and are going to be in a classroom training. Random! Oh and to make the trip that much more exciting, when I got here to check in they told me the card on file from the company was declined and wanted me to give them a card for like $1200 I was like WOW good planning here! AH! Anyways--its still not worked out for sure but I have a room tonight so hopefully all goes well!

Anyways so we got here tonight and decided to go eat! I am not sure if anyone has ever been there, but it was so freaking good!!! First we had a couple different types of cheeses....I think one was swis and herbs and one was artichoke and spinach...then we dipped bread, apples, and raw veggies in there. So yummy!! Then we all had salads and then the meat part. So again two types of dipping water to cook your meat in...one was garlicy with a spice to it and the other was a brown sauce with mushrooms in it (yuck!!)...and then we had like 6 different meats, steak, shrimp, chicken, pork and I can't remember the others. But it was good!! Then (yeah there is more) we had dessert. Can I just say chocolate dipped strawberries!!! Yummy!!! I love them! So again two types of chocolate...one was called ying yang and had dark chocolate and white chocolate and the other was milk chocolate and peanut butter...Then we dipped strawberries, cake, cheesecake, brownies, marshmallows and bananas. Oh my gosh! So good.

Then on our way back to the hotel we got kinda lost! And I felt so bad for eating so much food and junk food on the drive I convinced myself to go to the gym! Yah!!! The hardest part is definetely getting there....once I am there its not so bad.

Anyways--I better get to bed because I have to be up and ready by 7am tomorrow! I hate getting up early :( Night

Just got back from Vacation :(

So I just got back from vacation from Arizona! It was so freakin nice there....(I even have a tiny hint of a tan!) We went swimming almost everyday and it was so nice there!! We were told there was a snow storm going on in Idaho Falls! So glad I missed it. I am ready for summer!

So in Arizona, I got to hang out with Christina and Emily a lot! She is so freaking cute and has the best personality! She smiles every single morning and she started doing this new dance thing, where whenever she hears music she shakes her head back and forth. Its hilarious! And she claps a lot too. So cute!! I felt like we really bonded, it was nice. Me and mom went and did the drive in two days.....on the way home, my butt hurt so bad! But it was a lot of fun.

Macy is getting so big too! Its amazing because it seems like every day I see her, something has changed. She is starting to laugh a lot and sing too. My mom made her a fairy mobile and she loves singing to her fairy friends. Its adorable! I missed her a lot when I was on vacation.

I don't think I've wrote in here since Heather had Adyn and Adyson. They were born on March 4th at 25 weeks. Adyn was 1lb 15 oz and Adyson was 1lb 12oz. They were born in Salt Lake City. It was a very stressful night. Both babies were on oxygen and have been through some real fights. Adyn is now in Idaho Falls and is gaining weight and doing amazing. Adyson is at Primary Children's and is doing well, she needs a lot of prayers though. I want to go see her soon. They are so cute and look so much like Justyce and Chalyze. Chalyze is doing good, she is 7 going on 15 I swear! So much personality too. I just love talking to her and her telling me about her day. And Justyce is talking so much! He changed my name from Lala to Tacey recently--kinda makes me sad....I liked Lala! ha ha!

Anyways--other than that I am just getting ready for Easter. I love coloring eggs and playing with the nieces and nephews. So much fun! I am in school and so ready for this semester to be over. I dropped one of my classes because I could not stand the teacher and she was so rude to me....then they ended up getting a new teacher...Just my Luck! Oh well...I'm trying to believe everything happens for a reason. Work is ok. Really slow lately and kind of frustrating. There are so many changes its hard to keep up with all of them. We will see what happens.

Well I think I am tired and just babbling at this point (which I always do when I am tired) so I am gonna go to bed! Lame! Friday night 9pm and I wanna go to bed! WOW!

Frustrated!!!

As I am starting to write this, I keep telling myself --you should never post something when you are mad---but this has to go somewhere!!

Wow! Where to begin!! So the company I work for Alltel is merging with Verizon, which I am actually excited about.....except.......when I was transferred over to Verizon's system, I wasn't transferred correctly so I was eventually put in terminated status! AAHH! How frustrating! So for the past two weeks I have been doing everything I can possibly think of to get myself in the system....meanwhile I am missing all the online trainings and emails everyone else is receiving---oh and my paycheck. I know they are working to try and get it fixed, but I can't help but wonder why they won't just do it. I don't know how it can honestly be that complicated.

Another frustration---why do college professor think they are somehow above everyone else. So I am back in school---I don't know why! I keep telling myself its a good thing and then........
So I am in this accounting class and the teacher for one thing doesn't teach. She assigns homework and then you self teach and do the homework and if you have questions, she will answer them. So when she does answer the question, she pulls up the already done answer on her laptop in excel and calculates a few things. So....we have an exam next week and I am not doing so hot. So I bravely ask her to hand write the problem on the board so we can learn it. She looks at me like I am the dumbest person there and says "Why would I want to do that? My handwriting sucks." I explain to her that I am pretty sure she isn't going to let us use our computers and excel in the test, so it would be nice to know how to calculate it using longhand. She then rolls her eyes and tells me she will go slow. So then she starts solving the problem, and after every step, turns and looks at me--in front of the whole class--and loudly asks if she is going slow enough. HOW EMBARRASSING!!! I have never wanted to just punch someone so much!! So yeah...now I have to go and reteach myself the entire last 5 chapters before Monday....

So as you can tell, my last few weeks have not been going good at all!!!

On the plus side however, I did spend Valentine's Day in Salt Lake with one of my best friends celebrating her children's birthday. It was so much fun!! We cooked and hung out and then we played the Wii.....I freaking love it!! It was so much fun and I really want one now. And I am loosing weight!!! YAH!! Always a plus. I just bought myself a treadmill so I can do some working out at home.

And I kept Macy last night overnight! I was so scared....I thought for sure it was going to be a horrible night. But she slept from 9:45pm-5am! Lucky me!! She was not as nice the night before. She is so freaking cute! She does all the fun little things that make me laugh! Then today I got to go out to lunch with Alexis, Heather and Justyce and that was a lot of fun. He is talking so much now! Its awesome. I truly am blessed and have wonderful friends and family...I am just a complainer.

Well it has been a busy last few weeks! WOW! So Macy joined us December 17th! She came at 11:59am and was 5lbs 7oz and 18 1/2 inches. She was so wide awake and adorable!! I absolutely love her!! It has been so much fun having her around and seeing her grow. Its amazing to me everytime a new baby is born just at that miracle. Alexis and Bob are doing great and are already amazing parents.

Anyways, then we had our family Christmas party December 21st and it was a lot of fun. All the kids got to do the traditional fish pond which they loved. Me, my mom, Alexis, Krystal, Laraine and My grandma spend the entire day before making fudge and candy. And then for the party we had breads and soup. It was very yummy!! Then the adults did a white elephant/gift exchange. It was a lot of fun! Then we went and looked at some lights.

Then we had our traditional Christmas Eve and played games and opened PJs. We played "Liar's Dice"...this new game we learned. And we had ham and prime rib and some really good cheese balls. Then Christmas day! It was awesome! I got some really fun scrapbook stuff and a beautiful quilt. Then after about 1pm, I spend the entire day at home watching TV and reading and just relaxing! It was perfect.

I spent New Years Eve at my Uncle Alan's house. We played Texas Hold 'Em, Liars Dice and Cranium. My parents, Krystal, Alan, Andy, Sharon and Lilly were there. We really missed Alexis, Bob and Macy but it was still a lot of fun. We were having so much fun playing games, we almost missed midnight! :) oops! It was fun.

Anyways-it has been a crazy last few weeks! I am really glad the new year is here and am looking forward to getting back into a schedule. I am actually excited school starts a week from tomorrow, and I am really looking forward to it. I got my grades from last semester and I did really well, I was pretty please with it! But I am doing less this semester. I will be taking an online class and then going Monday nights so I am going to have a lot more free time which I am really looking forward to. I want to "catch up" on scrapbooking--as if I ever could. I am literally like 4 years behind! LOL! Here is a pic of my god-daughter emily! So cute!!

Well….I meant to post that one a few days ago! Oops! So I was really hoping Macy would come this weekend, but now she is making us wait. Silly baby!! I am starting to get impatient like Alexis…he he!

Anways---so this semester ends in two weeks! I am so excited!!! I overdid it a little bit this semester, but next semester will be better. I am taking one online class and one Monday nights so yeah. A lot better. Right now I feel like I am always either in school, in work, or doing homework. Blah! So this will be way better.

Here are some pics from Chalyze’s birthday. She got a Hannah Montana thing that teaches you the dances and stuff. She was really excited. And she loved all her other toys too. Everyone was better than the last to her….she is so cute! I still can’t believe how big she is.

Justyce wanted to play Hannah Montana too...Lex even put the wig on him, but he didn't like it because it got in his eyes...he let me snap one pic with it on, but it didn't turn out :(

Well…I started writing a blog a minute ago and my dang computer shut the internet explorer down….grrrr!! Anyways—let’s see if I can remember what I was saying…..

So…holidays! I am almost done Christmas shopping…AMAZING!! This has honestly never happened before, I am normally the person who is running to the store at Christmas Eve at like 11pm to get like 10 presents I forgot or something. But not this year….I took advice from my mom and made me like 4-5 lists and kept it pretty organized and it worked! Ssshhh…..don’t tell her that though! I have been that scroogey person the past couple years, and I get so stressed and upset and I just don’t want to be like that anymore. So me and my family have really cut back on our spending this year and we plan to do a lot of family stuff and really focus more on lights and candy and the fun parts! I am really excited!!

We also have an addition coming soon!!! Alexis is due to have Macy anytime now. My dad is sure its going to be tomorrow on Jason’s birthday and Alexis hopes he is right! She is so ready to have Macy….talk about impatient! Ha ha! She is definitely gonna be learning some patience soon, and I have a feeling Macy is going give them a run for their money for sure! I am way excited. They are going to be great parents..! And I’m really excited for me too! LOL…

Christina, JR, and Emily are hopefully going to be coming in March. I am way excited for that too… She is already getting so big and I have never even held her…..makes me sad! But I will see her soon. She is already holding her own bottle and talking! (well baby talk but still).

Chalyze turns 7 this Sunday! I cannot believe how big she is. I can still remember very clearly the day she was born. She is so amazing too. She is mature for her age and she cracks me up all the time. Justyce is also getting so big. I am way behind in the kid department here….heather is having twins!! She told me I could have one and then changed her mind…dang her! No I am kidding! Not about the twins…about her letting me have one. She is going to have 4 kids though! WOW!! She is going have a lot of her hands there. I am way excited though. Lots of new babies and fun stuff.

Oh….and I also have to comment on Twilight. I freakin loved the movie. I heard from a lot of people that it wasn’t good and I heard from a lot it was and I really liked it. I thought the actors did an excellent job and I loved how it focused on the love story which is the way the books were written. So yeah! Anyways…..gotta get back to work!

My crazy life!

Ok...I am still trying to get into this whole blogging thing. So yeah--just an update!

First I want to say--school sucks! I am not like it at all! I always get this way around this time in a semester, but wow! overwhelming!

Up there is a pic of Alexis (she is showing a lot more than that now.) She is also doing really well, by the way. She is home on bed rest for probably the rest of her pregnancy--which she hates---but both her and Macy are good. She is bored out of her mind, but yeah!

I am still working at Alltel....we changed our schedule a little and are now doing shorter shifts, but more days. I really like it, but some of the people I work with are no so happy about it. Anyways--and as far as my struggle and new goal of weightloss....I am doing good. I am down 25 lbs..huge for me! And I am happy. Got over my depression (so it seems) and I seem to be ok. I still get over emotional sometimes, but mostly I am good.

Well can't think of much else! I would love to hear from some of you...any of you!?!? Later!

ok-so I am pretty private about somethings..........and open about a lot. But I had lap band surgery recently and it has been so hard. Its hard to explain to people and its hard to deal with. I feel like I am depressed all the time and I know I have been so unbelievably different and quiet and its not because I don't care or because I am changing, I just don't like to be emotional or "weak" in front of people so I just don't talk. So to anyone who I have been "cold" to...I am truly sorry. Things are getting better and I am hoping I will be healthier now. That's another thing....now that I am started....why do people assume I only did this to loose weight? I actually like who I am, and I did before. I did it for health reasons....weird. Anyways-thats enough venting for me! Thanks for being there!

So.....we went camping again this last weekend and it was so much fun!! So very relaxing. We went to Buffalo Campground up by Island Park. Our original plan was to go to box canyon and then go to Buffalo just for the float, but we decided to just stay in Buffalo. It was so nice and shady and it smelled so piney (if that's even a word!). It was Alexis, Bob, my mom and me. It was fun. My dad rode his harley up on Saturday and spent the day with us. Me, Lex, Bob and my dad ended up going on a float Saturday and it was awesome. The water wasn't too cold. The nights however were very cold---I am normally a lot colder than most, but I litterally wore two pair of pants, two shirts, two socks and like 3-4 quilts. All but my face was pretty cozy! We have another trip planned there in August with the whole family and I am really looking forward to that. Other than that, not a whole lot going on. Just working and enjoying the summer off. I start school again in August and at this point, I am not looking forward to that at all. Well night!

Just got home!

hey! So I just got home from camping! The first one of the year! Go me! I know its a little late, but with work and vacation, this was the first one that worked out. It was so much fun!! There were hardly any bugs and the weather was awesome! It got a little cold at night, but other than that great! A lot of my family was able to come so that was pretty awesome too. On Saturday we went swimming in the lake (which by the way is about 3/4s full this year! NICE!). I jumped right in and was completely shocked by 1. how cold the water was and 2. I went completely under and fell out of my tube! Poor lex stayed on the dock and now is redder than most lobsters :-( Then Saturday night we had dutch oven cooking and played some games and had a blast!! I am definetely glad to be home and CLEAN, but it was an awesome camping trip! And lucky me, I only got sun-burned on my face and one little spot on my arm where I must have forgot sun-tan lotion! Anyways-hope all is well for everyone else and if I don't talk to you before--have a great and safe 4th!!
